Motspur Park Post Office

Disagree with both negative reviews on here. Clearly someone from another local post office using cheap tactics to try to put people off. Have had nothing but positive experiences here and there are never any ques as compared to other post offices locally, in and out just as it should be. Owners are always very friendly 10/10.

The reviewer that gave 1 star was clearly just in a bad mood and wanted to complain about something. This is a small post office that is providing a great service to the local area!

Brilliant small Post Office. The people there are incredibly kind and always have time for their customers, both in the Post Office and in the shop. They are often busy, but they do their very best to make sure everyone is served quickly. The couple who run it make this one of the best community outlets in the area. I sincerely hope that they remain a "fixture" of Motspur Park as they are a genuine asset to the community. Couldn't hope for better. 5 stars with no reservations!

Royal mail should withdraw from this particular shop and associate with other shops around the area. The woman shopkeeper is unprofessional and inefficient but also rude on another level. pathetic people running a pathetic business.

Gets the job done and is very convenient--go here often to ship things and have no problem. I.e. when I try to ship something at another office and they complain about it being too big, the guy here is nice and lets it go through by checking. The woman has a bit of a rude attitude at times, but other than that great place.

Love this post office and shop. It’s such an important feature of our small community and the friendliness and sweetness emanating from the owners is unparalleled. They would fall over themselves to try and make us happy. It’s a pleasure to go there and pick up parcels from Amazon snd buy something. Share some news snd connect. I was there to collect my Parcel force package and the last was having a tea and continously call on the phone and she took a while to get my parcel. I wonder very disorganised store and she took her own time and I felt not been serviced at all.
