Royal Mail Depot

Despite me phoning and complaining on over 5 occasions this Royal Mail branch still choose to leave my parcels outside my front door. I have been promised by them that it would either go back here for me to pick up or to my neighbour who lives above me who is always at home, therefore I know she was in when these parcels were so carelessly left outside. I have had two stolen already and they are more than aware of this. Clearly the people that work here have not got a clue how to handle other people's belongings carefully and with respect. Absolutely terrible service.

I missed my parcel on Monday so went to pick it up next day but due covid 19 hours has changed, office was closed. I saw two postman's nearby and they were really helpful and apologetic.
I arranged redelivery and received my parcel as promised. Doing great job guys and ladies 👍👌

Matthew is absolutely amazing. So helpful and made sure that our issue got resolved. He has really good customer service skills. So thankful to him, give the man a pay rise 😉

Today Royal mail delivered the parcel around 11.10am from Adidas, box was damaged/ripped open and my leggings and receipt were missing

At Hawks local Royal mail the service was rude, they wanted to deceive with the dimensions of the package and expect to pay more. I tried to explain to Villiers rd, Royal mail depot, but they can't do anything because a separate company accepts parcels on their behalf. If you continue like this, then Royal mail will go bankrupt, because that separate company will lead to bankruptcy for the services it provides. Not all post offices are such pests, Kingston Bentalls post office accepted my package!

Appalling service, This place is NOT a Post Office, do not sell stamps, packaging materials or packing tape.
They only accept pre-paid packages.
Customer Service Point is a misnomer.
The manager responsible for the lack of services need educating in 20th century services.

I wanted to write a few words about an experience that i just had with one of your employees...
I had missed an important package and was running along the street looking for the postie.
By chance a Royal Mail worker, Kevin, was sat in his van and told me that the postman had clocked off already!
Thinking I had missed out, I walked back home and there was Kevin with my package! He had driven to the office to collect it for me even though it was not his job at all!!!!
Kevin mate, you're a legend! Please start wearing a cape to work immediately

The attention they have on the royal mail in Kingston seems disastrous to me, I simply asked a question about an important mail that was delivered and had not reached me, I know that I speak little English but I thought that the ways are not the correct ones that they have to treat the public, I had never had some ways of speaking as bad as there were, I think that if they have people working with the public, they could only be a little more friendly and polite and not turn around and speak so ugly to people, I hope this is better
