Post Office

I have never witnessed anybody this rude in the UK. The most annoying thing is that you pay for special delivery, which involves the rude cashier to give you stamps. Then you put those stamps on your letter yourself. Then you take your letter to an undesignated glass box. You expect someone to collect your precious letter from the other side but nobody is there, and you're supposed to leave your letter in the box. If they actually lose my letter after all this fuss, I'm certainly gonna sue them even if it costs my entire savings.

I went to this post office for my DBS verification service and found staff behind the counter to be quite rude and unhelpful. Though I presented all the documents required, I was treated with suspicion throughout. At one stage this member of staff left all the papers on the desk and disappeared to the back for several minutes after which I called out for attention.
The service needs to be drastically improved to say the least.

I used this branch few times already and was always happy with the service. Very fast and employees were professional, nice and friendly (what unfortunately doesn't happen very often at Royal Mail post offices). I highly recommend this place.

Rude staff
Just been at the Post Office in King’s Road and had the worst customer service by Liz. She was talking to me in a very rude way, was repeating herself very sarcastically and looking at me as if I was stupid and couldn’t understand what she was saying. She made me feel so uncomfortable that I had to remind her that there was no need for the rudeness and sarcasm. I’ve also complained to one of her colleagues because she shouldn’t be talking to people that way!! Hopefully someone will read this and train her properly because apparently she seems to have no manners!!

Worst experience. They doesnt even have a bloody scanner to scan your return code and the person asked me to print it from nearby Rymans and which cost me 3£ for a free return !! These guys still living at 1920s and not 2020s.

I stopped using this post office. Staff is inefficient, unhelpful and extremely rude. One of them especially (man, in his fifties) is always angry and I overheard him shouting at customers many times.

It would have been helpful if the assistant took her ear piece out so she could hear what I was saying. Not a nice experience at all.

Great service, I have been to 3 different post offices but no one helped me. The manager in this post office got involved and he helped me to sort out my issue, he made phone calls to get things done. Thanks to him and his staff. I normally don't do feedbacks and reviews but I saw some reviews on Google about this post office and felt they have personal issues or what! I found most staff are very helpful and manager is knowledgeable, educated and well dressed in smart outfit, speaks politely. I am a international student, in my view Londoners complain too much and not very appreciative.
I see customers shouting at staff of supermarkets, post offices and even at bus drivers! Londoners be polite and cheerful, we have too much negativity around. Thanks Post office for your service.
