Station Road Post Office

I tried to go in with my e-scooter, and he told me that I wasn't allowed in with the scooter. This was told to me in an unfriendly way.
I asked the man what would have happened if it had got stolen? He replied that it's not my business. Again in a very unfriendly way.
When I opened the front door to get in, I opened the door all the way so I could see the scooter while I was posting something. The door has a spring on, and it's a bit tough to open, but when it reaches the end, it hits the back step, which I wasn't aware of it.
He started yelling at me, asking me why I banged the door?
At this point, I told him to calm down and to stop being rude to me; there was no need for that. He told me to leave the store because he wasn't going to serve me.
This behaviour is absolutely unprofessional and damaging for the Post Office reputation.
This is not the 1st time that he's rude to customers, and also my friend who lives nearby fell out with him because he was rude to him. I hope you can look into revoking his licence as a post office because he doesn't deserve it.

It used to be my Local post office. I visited here again today. Excellent service. Most of the post office services are available here. Its an off license as well

I’ve been to this post office multiple times and the owner always says the system isn’t working. Every single time, And it’s only when he’s there somehow magically the system decides to breakdown, it seems fine with the other workers. Poor customer service and I would give it 0 stars but unfortunately that’s not an option.

Rubbish post office, they hardly take anything back or it’s closed when it’s not supposed to be closed. They should even be allowed to be called a post office!

Disgusting customer service particularly the woman there. I don’t know how they have kept this place running for so long because they are very RUDE and unprofessional!!!! Take your money elsewhere..

Wonderful little gem, doing good for the community and making sure the elderly don't have to travel far for post office services, I always have a chat when I'm in there, they work so hard and they have been very good with keeping the covid rules, only letting two people at a time, they have the screens up for hygiene reasons so they always do there part in reducing infections to spread, they put up with a lot of aggressive customers and I applaud them for dealing with difficult customers.

Side note; what customers have to learn, is that they are only a small shop and they are doing there best with what they have, people give them a hard time and are so quick to write a bad review, but they are rushed off their feed, its a tiny shop and they're always having people drop off parcels/incorrectly filling out forms, so they have to take the time to correct the customer which annoys other customers but we should be grateful that we have the post office there, otherwise they'll be driven out by horrible people and we have to travel down to the other post office that considerably further away..... to the people running the post office now, you are doing a great job and I know you get horrible customers but keep doing the good work that you do.

I am always welcomed here with a warm smile, polite and helpful service. I had a total of 10 parcels to send today and the service was brilliant - quick and straight forward. It was my first time sending a big bulk so I was a little nervous, however, everything was explained very well to me and the whole process was made easy. I have also recently sent my son's passport for renewal and with important documents, you always feel anxious. But again, the service was very efficient and HM Passport received the passport the next day, earlier than expected! Thank you very much for your reassuring manner and efficient service.

I would just like to add that since you opened up as a post office here on station road, it has been extremely convenient for all the local people. What's more, the shop stocks all your convenient items! Thank you.

Don't go in this post office and don't ask for redelivery here your parcels because they don't accept and you risk to lose the parcels and the men inside the shop it's very rude. I'm very very disappointed
