Staff are super efficient. To the point and still polite. Her fingers typed postcodes faster than superman could. Always queues, but they get through them really quickly, so you’re not actually waiting long.

Staff is nice and friendly, but don't forget to bring your sleeping bag when you come into this Post Office. Queues are always long and slow service.

Update: Now that friendly service is gone as well. I was utterly shocked when your colleague aggressively told be that I was wasting time because I missed the 2 words on the declaration form. He made me to queue twice just before this! Same time another colleague of yours having a nice 20 minute friendly chat over the counter, while dozens of people were waiting behind

Service A bit slow but not bad, there are 5 counter but only 1 staff is serving. Typical English working style, slow no rush

Had to renew my photo driving licence and it was sorted in minutes!! Photo done, application lodged on line and a receipt given confirming my photo card had been surrendered sorted!! Big thanks to Kay 👍 great customer service.

God awful service. I don't expect silver standard, but manners and general behaviour surely should come with the job? gone are the days of community but hello to idle staff members with the weight of the world upon them and then you, once you've had to interact with them.

Where do I begin. Thought i’d pop into the branch today to post some parcels, even though there were no queue and it didn’t seem like it was a tough morning for the staffs in general, I was greeted horribly by this staff named Chris! His behaviour was outrageous, as if he owed me a favour because I had no knowledge in the service options I potentially had for my parcel. How can someone who works there, who’s job is to inform all customers with the multiple options of delivery, give professionalism at all times and make sure they greet all customers who do not show any form of negativity behaviour towards any staff, be so incompetent in doing their job?! You can tell he is a man who is very easily irritated and frankly, a man who needs to be schooled on how to talk to customers. Before me, an elderly person who had difficulty hearing, was asking for stamp information and you can here him mutter under his breath saying “jheez some people” whilst rolling his eyes, as if he had something better to do? It is his job to serve the customers and provide them with excellent service at all times and frankly, a man of his character should never be dealing with customers who can’t differentiate between personal mood and professional one. Whilst all that happening, I also had noticed him scream at a young, small south asian girl whom i’m assuming is one of his colleagues, because she asked him a question in regards to pounds? everyone in store heard this conversation and even his colleagues that were next to him, serving on tills looked at him in shock and disgust of his behaviour, all this whilst he had a customer at his counter and yet he couldn’t display professionalism once again. It had to be my luck to have landed him as my server otherwise I would have chosen to be served by the young lady who was at the till today instead but anyways, I will be taking it up with the head office and writing in to them and be making sure this is heard because this must not be the first time this man has been like this.

Really awful.

Earlier today at the post office, I received splendid service from a bubbly individual Filly, who was very helpful in guiding me through how international posting works and getting my parcels sent out to where they needed to be.

I would also like to mention how fast the team was in dealing with customers queries and posting, getting through the queue of customers from outside the store quite frankly very quickly.

Just wanted to say thank you Filly & the team for your great service at these busy times.

Merry Christmas.
