Had a great experience at the Post Office today! Rhys was very accommodating and explained travel rates very well and gave me the best deals in time ready for my vacation. Rhys made the experience very easy for me, was very attentive and provided great customer service. Thank you Rhys!

Tried to get passport photos done here for my toddler. Queue unclear so people were jumping in before us. When it was our turn and I asked for passport photos, I was asked if others in queue could be served first which was frustrating even though we’d waited for other lengthy printing jobs. More staff needed. Then no skills in getting a photo - yes toddlers are tricky but this is exactly why I didn’t want to wait for others to be served first. Toddler ended up in tears and it was stressful for me too. We went to Snappy Snaps for passport photos instead - much better and tear free.

The layout makes no sense but Post Offices rarely do! There is a separate counter where you buy the stationery/ envelopes for sale and a post office queue. This could be more clearly marked (I overheard staff training a newbie commenting that people often get muddled). The post office queue can often look bad but I find it moves quite quickly.

Excellent service. Rhys served me and was polite, friendly and helpful and felt that he genuinely wanted to help me with what I needed to do. He is a credit to the Post Office.

Post office service is fine and run well but I would strongly recommend not using the UOE services for printing anything at all. It's a complete rip off, you're charged over £1 for individual documents and then the printing on top of that. Obviously the staff are just doing their job/following policy but it all feels pretty ridiculous when you're paying £2.5 ish to print a single sheet of A4, to then receive it back with the edge of the address cut off and be told that it's because I asked for it to be scaled smaller on A4. If you're charging that much for printing you should make sure everyone knows how to correctly scale and print a PDF! I was offered the chance to pay for another one and made to feel like it was my fault for the address being cut off. Feels like a rushed service, with staff not really understanding why it's so expensive or how to exactly print. My fault for going back again after being stung first time but won't again!

This post office is always a pleasure to visit. They have the most friendly staff. In particular a lovely person named Shueb he’s always in a good mood and so nice to chat to. :)

Worst experience of my life for a DPD pick up. Extremely unprofessional and rude. They didn’t have a clue. Lost 2 hours with no results

Shueb went above and beyond today to make sure I got the best postage and prices on everything I was posting. Never had two huge bags of parcels go so smoothly!
