Great service and open until late unlike other post office counters in the area

COVID DANGER most of the staff were not wearing a mask! I was queuing for the Post Office inside and the staff were absolutely not following standard Covid compliance. Some of the staff either had no mask (even when passing by close to the customers, outside of the plastic barrier for the checkout area). One of the staff had a mask only covering some of his mouth.

Otherwise, some of customers were not wearing a mask either and were standing very close to each other while there was a long queue for checkout. Clearly no attempt by the staff to enforce, or remind of, compliance.

I really felt exposed to risk in this tiny, enclosed space with a high density of customers and staff who were not following the standard protocol in place in other areas. Please be careful, do not come here. It is December 2020, and staff is still not following the compliance.

Super unhelpful - on the website they say that they can print labels and then in person they say "not my problem, go somewhere else". And I did.

The three staff here were all polite, helpful and patient. I sent a Special Delivery envelope with a stamped Special Delivery envelope enclosed, along with a Postal Order to the DVLA. I did this here as it was the only Post Office open on a Sunday in this area.

I really don't want to give 1 star because one of staffs was so rude and didn't work well. They put wrong name my delivery on the post list and didn't check well. So I asked him check again but the staff said to me there is no delivery for me today. And I asked another staff to checked again and I was right he was wrong. He just didn't check anything. He kept blaming to me I was wrong. Well so sad for you I was right.
And he didn't say nothing and no apologies.
Don't use here. Seriously. After I got the worst service here, I went to go another post office now. Normally I didn't write the review but I have to do. If you want to know here service, then you can use but I recommend not use here.

I've been the customer of this local post office for the last few months, mainly using its posting and parcel returns facilities.The staff has always been kind, helpful and professional. I highly recommend.

Lovely service and very helpful. They accept ASOS returns, but not Hermes, in case anyone is curious.

Don't put opening hours of 8am if you don't intend to help customers until you unload all the food in your store. Incredibly rude and not helpful and not wearing masks. Would not shop here.
