Alrewas Post Office

This post office has the worst opening hours, worst staff and worst location! Incompetent humans with no regard for others. Xmas hours were ridiculous. If u can use fradley or Lichfield post office they are much more helpful and friendly. They should close Alrewas post office!

The rudest, least helpful and most incompetent member of staff I have encountered in a Post Office and based on other Post Offices the bar wasn’t that high to start with. They need a lesson in customer service and training on how to operate a Post Office.

The most unhelpful, incompetent people, in both the post office and chemist. Go to Barton or Tutbury. The people there are extremely helpful and knowledgeable.
