Worst RUDE, DISGUSTING, UNPROFFESIONAL, IRRESPONSIBLE, staff that I have ever seen! Not only that cannot do their jobs properly, even swore on me!!! These are the ones that should be SHUT DOWN, the ones like this that cannot provide correct certificate of posting, not mentioning that I am doing all their job to print labels for my online business and they moan every time that they have to stamp my own printed paperwork! IN THIS BRANCH TWO OF THEM WORKING JUST DON’T CARE!!! This branch is good only to withdraw the cash, nothing else… Shame on you! Disgusting service! And don’t F... people if asked to double check tracking info!!!

The guy runs it is always rude. Today my experience drove me to write a review. He verbally assaulted me, using profane and disgusting words because I was finishing up an important phone call when I got to the front of the queue. When I asked, "what about costumer service?" he said and I quote, "I don't care about costumer service, if you don't like it, go somewhere else." Please take his advice and go somewhere else, anywhere just never there. In these days where jobs are hard to find, it disgusts me that people get to make a living treating people like he does.

I don't even know where to start but the rudeness I experienced in this post office branch was next level?! The older woman with glasses should not be working in customer service...she needs to learn to love people more, better yet, love herself. Post Office shouldn't be linked to them as it's their name that's dragged through the mud!

Abysmal. ..only use as convenient cannot wait until local nisa with the guys take it over. ..just because you going doesn't mean you have to be rude and disconcerted ...leave now if don't like it the job as postmaster worst I come across in 4 yrs of using royal mail post offices.

I've visited this Post Office a few times since it's move to NISA, to send parcels via 1st and 2nd class mail. I've had no issues. Costing is per the website, service is quick and efficient. Can take a few minutes to get served as the Post Office counter is run by the same person who also runs the NISA shop counter. If this happens, I've had someone else come and serve me. Can't complain.

Usually good service but this morning I had a personal medical parcel to send. The person on the Post Office Counter scanned the wrong bar code, asked too many personal questions, refused to handle it and told me to go to the main Post Office. I was left uncomfortable with his questions and the incompetence in scanning the wrong bar code and refusal to take the parcel was unacceptable. I will not be returning and I will advise people not to use the Post Office here, rude and judgmental staff.

Considering post offices in London are generally terrible, these one is actually reasonable. Every time I have been, I had a short queue and straightforward service.

Pity that I'm unable to give 0 stars. How can I give more then 0 stars if I've visited it twice, both times I was refused service, however both times I was served in a different post office with no questions.
