Worst post office about, lady's are useless in there. Very slow and chat alot! They'll be a big queue, 1 lady serving while the other walks around doing nothing! How about both jump on a till and serve the queue, when the queues gone you can go back to walking round doing nothing. Not happy, sack them and employ people who wants to work

Very good at ( pointlessly ) asking you what is in your parcel but the social distancing is a complete joke. Given that the post office was shut for a time at the start of the virus due to a staff member having Covid you would think they would be more active in making sure this is followed ( or maybe they now think they have immunity so are not bothered )

Fantastic service - went above and beyond to help my husband who was stranded in Norwich with no phone or bank card.

Always a long queue, with one window closed. Unhelpful attitude. Lots of chatting between staff.

No way of sending Royal Mail parcels that are tracked or insured. No way of getting the Royal Mail delivery office attached to the building to accept anything.

Opening hours get shortened, while the website doesn't get updated. Worst Post Office we have ever encountered

Where 3 counters now 2, speaking of 2 their in their forties and sit with a position closed while people wait like mugs they sometimes come across as very arrogant and they are not a credit to the post office or the village.

I needed to get an ID verification done so popped in with all the necessary paperwork expecting a simple process. The lady behind the counter was unhelpful and rude and claimed I didn't complete the application correctly and that my paperwork was incorrect. I took the same paperwork to a larger post office in the city and it was approved instantly.

Brilliant, friendly, know what they are doing and yes they do have a chat. So what?
