High View Post Office

New management, new staffs very helpful and quick service and also opening times 8am to 8pm 7days.. including bank holidays.. wow... its amazing for local people like this have one postoffice near us..

Staffs are very helpful, friendly and efficient.
No need to wait for longer queue. Opening hours also 8am- 8pm. Quick and excellent customer service for local community. Incredibly helpful and highly recommend this post office.

I visited last week this brach, they opening hours and customer services were excellent and friendly manner.. I would prefer for local community this branch comes under new management... and also they need more services like passport check and send service..keep it up the great work

Updated as of 2202/08/21, I was desperate to have a parcel sent as have no time in the week, thought I would give these guys another try as it’s been 4 years since my old review of them. Thankfully they are under new management!! they are very friendly and attentive and he is open on time when he says he is!!

I will definitely use this local shop to send my parcels, will definitely recommend them to anyone I know (and also pick up some more cheesy McCoys) in the future!!

So bad staff there ,i called today to ask for a package the woman who answer the call ask for my name and said my package is not there and to come back later or tomorrow . Later in the day i contacted them again a man answer and he stated that they are not allowed to tell me if my package is there or not wven if i provide my information ,tho the woman before done it and then he put the phone down on me without even telling me goodbye. So bad people not helfpul at all . I am not living very close to the store and i qm not really well with my healt so the reason i called is because i cannot go there every day to try to collect not helpful at all . I would like to be contacted by management team so i can fill in a complaint!

Service is very good under new management. Much quicker to get served than other Post Offices in the area. The long opening hours are much appreciated.

Since being taken over by new management this post office is great! Lovely staff and they are all very helpful and friendly.

Excellent customer service so happy with the new management everyone there is very kind and helpful I even went in a couple of minutes before close when they were packing up and I still got served!
