Fulham Post Office

Guys!
I had to deliver something really urgently but I was so terrified because the reviews here were terrible.
In actuality the service was great there was a queue of about four people when I came in but this cleared within 2 minutes- the staff were kind and friendly and helpful.
It's really fine. In fact the lady two front of me let the lady behind her go ahead as she wanted to be served by her favourite staff member who incidentally did look really nice and friendly. My staff member was a lovely young lady. She took the time to explain to me how to track my delivery and when it would be delivered by. She even checked I had put all my doccuments inside. It's inside coop which is a bit weird but they do recorded and special delivery mail and travel money and also apparently sell envelopes.

I hardly ever write any reviews but after receiving an exceptional customer service from Viji; I couldn’t not resist writing one, as I was overwhelmed with her positive attitude and approach.
She has been extremely helpful, attentive, professional and she got out of her way to resolve my issue.
Post Office Coop North End Road must be very grateful for having such a worker.

TRIPLE CHECK your postage receipts before you leave. On TWO occasions now, the staff at this post office have entered an incorrect postcode for the delivery address of my parcel (and it was a pre-paid postage label at that). I know we can be in a rush to get things done but please take the time to check everything is correct before you leave.

Very friendly staff. I would like to thank the guy who helped me to post my parcel today. Nice to know kind people willing to help still exist.

Post office need to close this branch ASAP.
Staff super rude.
5 counter only one is working other one on break.
I visit last day waiting in the queue for deposit my money when is my turn old lady told me you have to wait other side.
I mean other counter but was shut.
I told her this one is shut and than she told me he is on break time was 17:00 closing time and he was on break.
Surprise when she told me that is up to us whenever we can go for the break.
Instead this post office suggest to always go to cashcount post office super service and also 24 hours staff Owner are friendly and hopeful

I HAD to go there because the post office that I usually use, was closed for covid, and unfortunately I had several parcels with me. Most of them were for Italy and the girl who assisted me, asked me after the third one only, if I wanted a standard or tracked delivery. Of course I wanted to pay for the tracked one but she couldn't be bothered to re-scan all of them, so she did the tracked delivery only for the last two parcels. There was also 1 parcel for London (London to London, maybe 1hour of walking distance). I paid for the 1st class and signed delivery but the parcel has still not arrived (8 days today). I won't be surprised if one day someone in Italy will receive that parcel. I'm seriously thinking that my parcels has been messed up.
I'm sorry to say that, but I've never received such a bad service in London. Employees should be happy to have a job at the moment, instead of snorting in front of customers.
