Awful post office, rude staff who have no idea how to treat customers

Rude staff not recommended post should review this place
Told me he’s not accepting it because he closes in ten mins In (open hours)

Quite often rude and dismissive. They overcharge you for parcels. Once, they just took all my 2nd class parcels without weighing them and charged me the same for all. Also try to get you to pay for more expensive service. Lady always asks what's in parcel. Why? Very suspicious.

This post office has a good service. Small but handle rush nicely. Soft spoken and really helpful. I preferably want to go there again.

They are always smiling and treating you with respect, when the lady asks what's in the package is because they have to input the content of the package, to make sure ur package arrives safely. Keep up the good work guys 🙂

I have reviewed my review of this PO .I have used this PO a couple of times since last post ,and it has significantly improved. They have a regular lady working there now and she is friendly and helpful no complaints
