Extremely terrible customer service in person and on phone. I wish I didn't fill a single star. For those filling 5 stars, you must be regulars. I wish the was a regulating body for customer service. No manners!!!

Never got any stork for the envelopes. They always make excuses of running out Stocks and will take weeks to have it. I will not go there again. They also close the post office task whenever they are busy in the shop. It is not a place to go if you need to post something urgent.

Updated review: The post office staffs refused to print amazon labels on more than one occasion. Avoid if you can. It really wastes us lots of time.

The are rude and don't seem to care about the post office service. A few times reject to take my parcel for no valid reason at all and I had to go to the Blackheath post office, which processes it with no issues

Excellent customer service - both at post queue and normal shop service. Happy to explain anything and help you choose the correct option for postage. Always greets you and you feel valued as a customer. I choose to come here from Woolwich as opening times are later and staff is friendly! :)

- Bad customer service.
- The cost of posting for the same item varied depending who is behind the counter.
- Sent thing overseas, end up with problems. Tried to claim from Post Office. I can't claim because I need a copy of the custom declaration form. I was never given one. He should have know better. It cost less if I were to go to a different branch.
- The last thing, asking for £40 of £1 coin, end up with only £34 when I got home. I did not checked as one would trust that this will not happened plus the long queue.

Headline - Pointless. Utter comedy outfit.

Went here despite the reviews (including the obviously fake 5* one!) and quickly realised they were all accurate.

Having stood and waited while shop customers were served first (cramped Post Office counter looks like it’s an afterthought), I was told parcels can’t be accepted because it’s a bank holiday weekend.

Sorry. What?

Queried this as would they would be collected after the bank holiday which was fine, the response was, ‘well, we’re not taking parcels today’ (not that they can’t, they’d chosen not to). No apology. No nothing.

Don’t see the point of this place if they’re not going to offer a proper service (wonder if you can buy a stamp here?). Totally undeserving of 1* even.
