I visited this my local Branch today , the young man on duty was on his own ! Despite it being a Saturday ! & being the busiest day of the week .
He was outstanding in supporting all the customers today as they rolled in

I have never had a problem going to this post office until I checked online what time they closed, and it stated 5.30pm. To my relief, I arrived at 5.20 only to be told they're closed! I replied that I am not late, but she insisted I was despite me explaining that I had not too long checked online about their opening hours. She replied they're closed at 5.10pm because she has to basically finish things off for the end of the day! A man in front of me also wanted to be served because the cashpoint outside was not working. She again replied they're closed. Another 2 people arrived, and when told the same thing, the lady said there was still 8mins to go before closing time! In the end the man in front of me and myself was served. I do not know about the other 2 people. The online opening times needs to be UPDATED..IF what we were told is the truth! Because we were customers abiding by the opening times given! If 5.10pm closing time is not correct then staff need to be reminded of that and do what's needed to be done to finish their job AFTER 5.30pm so all customers are rightly served, who have arrived on time!

Itbis 5.20 you shut the door. Same thing happened over 2 months now. Ridiculous

This post office is really amazing. They are very helpful with manners. I really love them special PAYAL AND MEHUL. all the staff are friendly ❤️✅✅✅✅
