TERRIBLE SINCE THE NEW POST OFFICE OPENING HOURS IT RUNS GREAT WHEN SUES ON WHICH IS NORMAL POST OFFICE OPENING TIMES BUT FROM 6AM WHEN ITS MEANT TO BE OPEN TILL 9AM NOT A CHANCE AND THE SAME WHEN ITS MEANT TO BE OPEN IN THE EVENING NEVER OPEN THERE GIVE YOU EVERY EXCUSE UNDER THE SUN THE TRUTH THERE JUST NOT TRAINED PROPERLY OR NOT AT ALL

Absolutely terrible! I wanted to exchange Euros to GBP. In front of me was a guy with over 10 parcels, so i asked if they can exchange the money there so i wont waste my time waiting. They said yes, so i waited. Meanwhile one member of staff asked me if i have a proof of buying money and i said of course not, it's leftover money from a holiday, why would i have a proof of that. He said ok that's fine and let me wait in the queue to be served. My turn came and again they asked for the bloody proof of buying money, I said I don't have it and we already discussed that with another member of staff. Long story short, wasted my lunch break, got nothing sorted and was refused of normal post office service which is exchanging money not just sending bloody letters!!!!! DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!

Phoned up in advance about sending parcels. The lady was very helpful and despite some problems with how to send an international parcel we figured it out in the end. Not sure why everyone has been so negative.

Went specially as it’s the only Post Office listed as being open on a Sunday afternoon near me but they couldn’t be bothered to start the machine up!

No Post office. Never open.

Customer service is terrible. It doesn't cost anything to be at least polite to your customers!
