Lady over the counter was talking to her daughter who was also over the counter while serving me. It took 30mins to post few letters..they were doing something on a tablet. Very unprofessional and just wasted my time

For the new Post Office Manager, he should smile a bit and be more friendly when he is dealing with Customers and not be always frowning at Post Office Customers. I used to enjoy using the East Tilbury Post Office services but this new Manager is putting me off due to his attitude hence one star review

Horrible horrible old man not sure if he’s the manager but has RUBBISH customer service and is extremely RUDE. If you’re not happy in the job you’re in then leave and don’t take it out on customers.
