Herbert Road Sub Post Office

New owners are lovely people. a young and vibrant family. As it's under new management I am certain they will be as good as the old lot. They are smiley and helpful with good energy and don't forget to support and love your local Post Office 💫

Words alone can't explain how helpful this two ladies have been so wonderful at their jobs here at the post office. Each time at the post office was always a good experience. From their customers relation to their way of performing any task or issue you need to sort out via the post. They are both very timely , accurate and knows their jobs well. They got answer to any questions you ask them and they always end all conversation with a smile. Am highly impressed with their services.

Generally new owners looked good to me. You can’t compare these people to them. In this instance, they returned my parcel as they didn’t have space in their post office. Royal Mail then returned it to sender and I can’t have the items for next week. This is terrible service and so unreliable of them. Be careful guys.

Wonderful service offered by wonderful staff! Such huge support (I'm often posting a lot of things) and nothing is ever too much trouble. I'm very lucky that Herbert Road is my local post office, would not want to use any other! Thank you to you all here!

This branch used to be amazing when the old owners (father and son) were manning the counters. They were super friendly, accommodating and knowledgeable. Now, the staff no longer seems to care too much. Last week, for example, I went to send a letter and specifically asked (at least twice) for the cheapest way possible.
The woman at the counter said it would cost over £3. I repeated my request one more time, asking if she was absolutely certain that was the most inexpensive way. Finally, she conceded she could also send it regular first class, which was much cheaper. I asked: "What about second class?"
Yes, she admitted, second class was even cheaper.
So, why do I have to explain the staff how to do their job properly??

Dear new owners, why can't you make sure your stuff are just as efficient as courteous as the people who used to run the place before you?

I’ve had some horrible experiences with posting things at Post Office branches but the team here were really polite, friendly and helpful. They were also efficient with their service. It was an older gentleman with glasses and a younger man - thanks for a good experience!

Such a wonderful and courteous services I received from the staff at the Post Sub Office in Herbert Road……. always supportive and willing to assist in the best possible way. I AM IMPRESSED INDEED!!!

On the 31st of January you accepted my parcel for international delivery and let me buy postage, even though you knew about the cyber attack and that there is no delivery for these parcels for the time being, instead of suggesting parcel force.
My parcel is now sitting in Milton Keynes and i dont know if it will ever arrive at its destination. Awful.
