Eltham Common Post Office

Today, I was terribly accused by a lady behind the cashier, that I was swearing at her the day before (on Sunday). First thing, I was away on Sunday and I never ever swear in public! I was actually talking to a man as I was looking to collect my parcel and it was still not there. I was looking for it on Friday for the first time. It was a lady then and she told me to come later. There were three persons today serving people and when my turn came up, one of the serving ladies started accusing me! And they all together said that, the company (HERMES) about to deliver my parcel is not even dealing with them! So they sent me across the road to ask for my parcel in another place. I felt so disgusted and I think, such behaviour should be stopped. I will never use that place again. Later that day, I've got a message, that they however collected my parcel!

Coffee! They have a new no brand bean to cup coffee machine. It's actually quite good coffee and any style is just £1.50.
There is a very friendly family running this. Lots of sweets that remind me of school days.

I enjoy visiting the post office inside this small newsagents. All the staff are warmly welcoming, always professional and very efficient. Thank you. I appreciate you! 10/10

A regular conversation with the cashier:

-Hi, I would like to mail this parcel w/ the cheapest option, i.e. 2nd class
-It's 18.99 with extra protection, tracking, mother signature
-No No No, i want the cheapest, none of that stuff
-But then it's 12.99 with only tracking and jesus blessing
-Again, i want the CHEAPEST 2nd class you have

Can’t say I often leave a bad review, especially with local businesses, but I’m stunned how these guys are still in business! Literally the most awkward, pedantic people work here I’ve ever come across!

Slowest post office ever

I found the staff very rude and unhelpful

The most professional and well trained staff ever. I love coming here every time I need to pay my bills, or helping my grandmother with her pension. The staff are always friendly and helpful. I am coming from woolwich here as is more easy and quicker than any other post office. And the girls from this post office are always smiling and they help and explains everything in any way you need to understand.
5stars and more for those girls!! Thank you ladies!
