There used to be a small Sub Post Office on these premises but it closed recently. The shop have taken on this role and, almost all, postal services should be available. I visited on Saturday 28 April 2018 at 1045 to find a 'Post Office Closed' sign scribbled on a piece of ripped up cardboard box. No services are available as nobody knows what to do! I was referred to a 'Post Office'. GO TO WENNINGTON ROAD DURING OPENING HOURS ONLY. They too do not offer the counter service outside opening hours. OUTSIDE OPENING HOURS I go to the one near Dagenham East Station.

Very good service always. They have a list of service they are doing and they have the scheduled opening time as well. I went last time to send a parcel, but it was closed in the noon time, I asked the guy was there, polietly he replied, "there is an electrical issue, there for counter is closed", which is reasonable according to me, i dont know why others don't understand these things, I had no issue ever.

Man spent several minutes confused as to where the sending address and where the return address was, and got it wrong even after pointing it out. It was on a royal mail generated label so was obvious, but not to him. Checked the tracking and it took 4 days before the parcel was taken to the local sorting office. Won't be returning.

I used to work in Premier until the new people took over. I was under the impression that the post office as it is now should be open the same time as the shop. When I go in now its hardly open. The customers used to moan when the post office was closed before but know its much worse.

Staff are friendly and polite. They seem to house all the general house hold items from cleaning products to tea and biscuits. Being able to send post and pull money out has been a life saver at times.

Probably worse shop in East London, this is not even post office, it is limited service, they can't do nothing
