Royal Mail Hanwell Delivery Office

Absolutely ridiculous, waiting for a parcel all morning, and instead of Ringing the door bell, they just left slip in a letterbox and gone.
Had to go twice already to the depot to collect.
It is just not good enough 🤬🤬🤬

Makes me. Believe the reason they don't ring is because they don't have the parcels with them in the first place, since they are short staffed my guess is that they send the small easy to handle items out like letters ect, and expect people to collect the rest, this is of course not with all areas of Hanwell and ealing 😒

Rubbish. How many people with a job can make 8-2pm? Have you got shares in DHL?

Have to say I've been picking up parcels from Hanwell delivery office very regularly for years and they've always been amazing with them, as well as friendly. Can't speak for others here but I'd trust them any day of the week over some of these other delivery services.

None of the contact numbers work, need contact them urgently unrelated to a parcel!!!! Please provide a working contact number or email address!!

I work from home and they address inaccessible. I went to the depot to fond they're open 8-10am on Mondays. Who on earth can make it their in that time window if your are working. I call the "Royal Joke"

No matter how many times you complain about this sorting office the Royal Mail will do absolutely nothing. I have had countless apologies gone on just about every social media page to tell everyone how bad this sorting office is yet nothing is done. The post office customer service escalate your complaint and then you will not hear a word back and the problem continues.
Several times they refuse to leave my parcel with my neighbours, they don’t ring the bell even if you are home.
The last two times they didn’t even bother to write the parcel ID on the card.
I’m actually sick of RM. I now advise all my clients to use alternative postal companies. I wish I could get all companies to do the same. It’s the shoddiest service.

I was home but no one rang the bell. It looks like it came with the postman and no delivery attempt was done at all. No parcel number written. I will do my best not to use Royal Mail option with any orders next time. Very bad indeed. Does not deserve even One star.
