Helpful staff gave advice on getting travel money for a non-standard location. Always helpful with parcels etc. A nice clean post office too.

I went to pick up a parcel which I was told I couldn't be given because "the barcode won't scan and she might get in trouble if she gave it to me", despite me having all the required documentarion. This was repeated 3 times with no apology or suggestion of what I needed to do next. After some frustrated prompting I finally got the required information and an apology through gritted teeth despite me noting that I appreciated it wasn't her fault. There was certainly no sense of concern about the inconvenience caused. The experience was very much like "computer says no" but with a slightly aggressive attitude.

A lovely friendly PO. All the services you need from a larger PO with just a few exceptions. Includes currency exchange and parcel sending. Friendly and helpful staff.

Fantastic little shop and post office.Always very friendly staff with yesterday no exception, when lovely man behind counter (not sure if manager) really went out of his way to help me use the machine to print a picture off for my husbands (last minute) birthday phone cover gift. I am useless with technology anyway, but my battery was dying and I had no service with network and also couldn’t find the photo easily on my phone and was also running late in collecting my son from school! 🙉
He offered to helped me and then said go for your son and I will try and have it sorted when you get back which he did! :) Amazing service, shame there aren’t people in all shops so willing to help go the extra mile!
Love the range of cards in this shop also and the I made a gift for you printing machine!

Terrible customer service. Made to feel like a total inconvenience. Ordered Euros online to pick up in store to save the usual faff of being up-sold the travel card, travel insurance, car insurance, gnome insurance etc. but ended up with an abundance of faff and rude comments about how the safe was locked now and on a timer so I'd have to wait. No apology, just passive aggressive comments about how my existence was such an inconvenience to her trying to read her paper.

Staff are always very kind and incredibly helpful, whether it's the shop or post Office services. Great selection of products and a fantastic, extensive range of cards for all occasions.

Absolutelty disgusting service received from lady with blond hair, she should never work in customer facing position, felt very discriminated, hope manager reads it and will deal properly...
