Not just a post office but a lovely cafe as well. It’s called Manners Cafe. It serves breakfast all da as well as hot lunch, baguettes and jacket potato. Coffee is very good and service is friendly and fast.

I have recently discovered this Post Office during the lock down and I have been going there several times to post small items or return purchases. While I must admit that the two men behind the counter are not the happiest bunnies I ever come across I find that the fact I don't have to queue for ages makes me happy enough. One thing I would change is that the Café owner could turn on the extractor fan while he is frying 😐 but again it is a minor issue for me.
Overall the service is fast and the wait very reasonable.

A really disappointing service. I had one small parcel with a prepaid label all ready for a quick exchange to hand in. A simple transaction I thought but on arrival I was asked to leave the shop by an aggressive senior male employee or possibly he is the owner. I was told in a very abrupt and rude manor that there was no longer any room. If that was the case, that would be his problem to fix, not mine and while in review I would recommend he also reflects on his behaviour and what is and what is not acceptable. Projecting your anger and frustration onto customers is not acceptable or good for business.

Just read the other reviews, and you'll get the idea. Two older gentlemen who work there, one is reasonably friendly and professional, but the Asian guy is proper miserable. Gets annoyed when you ask him a question, or god forbid you actually want to post something, makes you feel like you're being unreasonable. Customer service from the self service computer in Ealing Broadway WH Smith is more friendly.

Honestly never use this post office!!!!!! he will make you cry when you leave! the Indian man ( the owner) is the most rude, unprofessional man I have ever experienced! He should have his license removed immediately! and that would be a blessing! I will avoid this post office just because of this nasty rude man and his nasty wife! you ask a simple question and the rudeness is just beyond belief! shocking!! appalling, appalling man and woman! I'm so angry as to how I was treated and I've never been treated so bad for asking how much it costs to send a small parcel to Europe he literally swore at me. rolled his eyes and shouted! I stood there with my mouth open! How was this a rude question? he should be closed down or replaced he gets away with it as he is the owner! disgusting!

Contrary to lots of reviews on here I felt compelled to write to say a big thank-you to both the gentlemen working here: they were incredibly kind and helpful with a parcel I was trying to send and went out of their way to help - amazing customer service and I really appreciated their honesty and time. Thank you :)

Over the past 7 years or so that this has been my local PO, I have received excellent customer service at this post office - polite, efficient and reliable.

I have used this post office branch many times before - I’ve always been served by the blond gentleman and I used to be very happy with his service. Very efficient and polite.
Today, however, I’ve been served by the order Asian man (the owner - I’ve heard) - and the service was appalling!!! I brought 40 letters to post as I own small business - I’ve done similar quantities before without any issue. But today that man asked me “I hope you don’t need a proof of postage for all of them” - I replied that I did - he then rolled his eyes and said it would be very time consuming. And at that time there were no other customers. Then he applied the wrong postage multiple times, and was annoyed that I pointed that out. It seemed that he couldn’t hear my instructions clearly - even though I was almost shouting through that glass! Then at the end when I wanted to pay it kept saying card error - when I use this card on regular basis and I’ve used it the same day just after visiting post office and it worked! I had to transfer money to another card which eventually got accepted but he was very annoyed to wait and kept making comments to his colleague. Then he told me to next time bring him the list of addresses - even though I’ve never had to do it before! At the end I said “thank you, but I want to let you know that you made me very uncomfortable” - to which he smirked….! Unacceptable attitude all the way! I was so upset and anxious that I burst out crying just after I left the store. I will never use their services again! Now I feel anxious to go to any store worried that I might be treated the same! Well I hope sir one day someone will treat you this way too!
