Great Portland Street (173) Post Office

Came by in my lunch break to post some parcels, but there's a sign on the door saying closed for lunch. Staff either need to stagger their lunch breaks, or update their opening hours on google maps.

If you go into this post office ask for "Tosin" one of the lady's behind the counter. She really was excellent. Great service, very professional, lovely manner. Thanks alot.

Used to be so well run but now a total shambles. It is now unreliable. Often there's simply nobody at the desk. Arrived today 10 mins after opening time and was told "come back later" because he hadn't bothered turn the till on yet. Miss the old guy who used to work there. The new people are never there or when they see they simply arent bothered. Better to use the larger standalone Post Office further down the same road

Very rude staff when ever ask moneygram they dont no how its work always system not working.

They should update the opening times online as it is not open until 6pm. Good service otherwise usually.
