----------------Reply to the shop owner ---------
Dear shop owner - instead of saying to remove proof their behaviour and edit comment you should ask your staff why He did he refuse taking parcel? Why he being Rude to customer? In the attachment you can clearly see that i have small package in my hand. Nobody asking Free stuff, I only asked for the cello tape to stick address label and he started saying that rudely we are not working voluntarily here, and don't have FREE stuff to give but doing Business. IT WAS AN INSULTING MOMENT FOR ME. if he didn't have that he can simply say that sorry we don't have.
Then I managed to stick postage on packaging and came back to the Post Office and he clearly refused to take my parcel. See the video.
His such a behaviour forced me to put this review. Another thing - He was claiming He own the post office and the shop, so i can refuse.
I can complain against you - WHY did you refuse to give postal service without any reason. We only have one post office in the Broadfield you know that, you can't refuse without any solid reason. As a business owner i often need to visit Post Office, if you ignore to provide serviceI, it can't be acceptable. hope this make clear to you.
Reply to owners response: Sorry, I had no idea I could send off a parcel from the tills, I'll be sure to do that next time when I'm early
Woman behind normal tills always looks at me like I am covered in offensive jam.
Woman in glasses behind the post office counter seems to talk to me and everyone else like the very existence of ideas, words, or post as a concept is offensive to her monumental IQ.
The woman at the main till has at least been nice and friendly on occasion, but post office harpie seethe with disdain for all life endlessly.
It sustains her.
"Can I send this letter to the United States?"
"Which one?!"
"Excuse me?"
"It could go to the wrong one"
Me dumbfounded.
In other post office events we got American blueberry cheerios for 50p because they were out of date a month. But when I pointed out the cheetos were out of date for three months they just moved them to another shelf and kept selling them for £7.99.
Its great here if you want Endless multipacks of American soft drinks at three times the value and to be unable to charge you leckie or gas outside of a very tiny timezone... if they even let you.
