Post Office - Boscombe East & Phillips

Love this PO, staff are always so Warm and friendly and feel like they like to serve you and that's something that is rare these days. I have been stuck with forms in the past and they have always been willing to take the time to help me. Highly recommended, great service, great staff and great opening hours

Best Post Office I've been to in ages, friendly helpful staff, never too busy if you go at off peak times, a good example of how a Post Office should be like.

My experience was very bad there, the guy Philip was pathetic. I had asked for tracked and signed deliver , I paid for it and he didn't give me the tracking number. Hope he understands whats tracking means improve himself. Editing it as I have got the response, Thank for the response but I was expecting staff to tell me this so that I could have taken the pic but the returned envelope is now sealed inside the main envelope. There was no way for me to make a reference after that. But I appreciate the very quick response and I hope it is passed to the staff so that the new customer made me aware about this.
