Stanstead Road (295) Post Office

The most friendliest postmaster. He does his very best to help you out. I recently went in to collect a parcel and he explained that the parcel had not arrived. I wasn't initially happy but he said he would call if it had arrived and he stuck by his word. Great service!

Worst customer service I have experienced in a long time. After queueing for over half an hour the gentleman who works there scanned the QR code I had received from the post office and told me it didn't work. When I asked if he could please try one more time or enter the serial number he just refused to even look at me and ignored me and then he just looked at the door as if to say "please leave". Afterwards I went to the Honor Oak post office where the lady there was incredibly helpful and friendly and got to post my parcel.
Do not waste your time by going to Stanstead Road Post Office.

This post office is a lifesaver. The man and woman who run it are so helpful, friendly, and it's a pleasure to use the service. I run a small business and have to post multiple parcels frequently and they make it so easy.

Nice staff. It's a tiny shop, so expect to queue outside.

In regard to the company as a whole. Unfortunately, Post Office no longer accept Royal Mail's Click and Drop, so I will be reducing my custom with them by actively looking for alternative services where possible. As with many privatised services, they seem to only care for profit, not customer convenience.

Always friendly, helpful service from this post office. Makes sending international parcels super quick and easy.

Very small post office, but I’ve always been able to use their services. During COVID they only allowed one person in at a time so everyone has to stand outside in the cold. The shop has lots of useful items.

I don't doubt anyone else's bad experiences & sympathize, but mine have always been great. I've had CS issues at other branches, this is my preferred one by far. The queues can be long at times but it's the same for other bigger branches & despite additional staff.
