Dunsmure Road Post Office

A basic and small post office, doesn't sell anything only counter services. Can get quite busy. Family owned. Wife was quite rude and had a bad attitude so no longer use this branch anymore.

Terrible service, very old poor place, came in there with a bag of 10 pre paid parcels, and they told me we cant leave it there as its dangerous because they had there already a few bags.

Lovely people running this post office. Never have to wait long in the queue.

I come here regularly to send parcels for my business. The husband and wife who work there are always so helpful and knowledgeable. I've never had an issue with any of my deliveries. It's lovely to see such a great family run business who get along all their customers both old and new! Thank you for looking after me and the community.

Great Post Office with lots of stationary and toys to buy at very reasonable prices. Lovely couple who run it, alway friendly and helpful.

Went to Dumsmure road post office. The couple that work there are extremely rude. I have spoken to many of the locals and have been told she is rude to everyone as soon as they walk in. And if you react in any way whay so ever she will say dont show me attitude and deny you service. She is taking advantage of people living local and having to go there by showing her power. I truly try to avoid this post office and have only ever gone there in desperation and have only ever been treated like an animal. Please speak up.

A pity this post office is run by extremely bad natured people.

Use the post office on a daily basis. The couple at the counter are always lovely to see first thing in the morning and i see a lot of local people have the same opinion . Very confused on the negative reviews.
