West Wickham Post Office

I want to share the quality of the staff in the West Wickham post office in WhSmiths the two young lady’s are brilliant friendly and very good at their jobs. I want a special mention (forgive me) the black lady she is amazing so very very friendly always a welcoming word. I am totally in love with her she always looks amazing with great eye makeup. Ladies please be safe long may you continue. Jeff

On a Thursday they're supposed to be open until 5.30pm I got there at 2.30 to see signs saying they're closing at 2.45 but, in reality, they're not seeing anyone after 2.30 as they have to cash up!! Put 2.30 on the signs then and keep the website updated if you're going to close early. A complete waste if an hour travelling back and forth on the bus!

Terrible very slow only cashier left on a Friday at 1.50pm. Would give zero stars if poss.

Service is so slow and the staff are just not bothered about the queue or the slow and bad service they are giving no wonder it has bad reviews. Pathetic service and useless lazy staff. What is the pont of having 3 counters and it's the travel money counter that serves you because the post office counters are all closed they don't deserve business

This place never is open to the published hours absolutely useless

I just walked out 20 minutes ago and they said they are closed .. they had a good old chat for about twenty minutes when they finally realised that I was there …

Kindly ask you to employ the right people

Rude Cashier! Didn't have the correct envelope to take a cheque, and didn't really care. Why do these places insist that you queue for forms etc? If these things were on a rack the queue wouldn't be as long and you wouldn't need to queue twice. Simple logic - lost on some. Advertising services they can't complete, cost me a pound to park too! Won't be returning.

Under staffed unfortunately - only ever seems to be one person working there when I've been last few times, so always long queue.
