West Croydon Post Office

This post office is located in West Croydon and it's timings are 10 to 5 on every working day. I recently used this store for converting the old currency into new one and for sending the Corona samples for testing. I was really impressed by the services provided. Highly recommended.

Too often they have quoted me the price for a 'small parcel' even though the dimensions were suited for 'large letter'. The difference in cost here is £2 - £3. Eventually got fed up and have since started calculating and paying for all my postage needs online without any issues.

Racist people who work there. Wouldn't accept a parcel as a large letter even though all the measurements and weight was correct as of the size of large letter ended up having to pay extra for a small parcel. Still wouldn't accept it. Would quite happily accept it if I wasn't white but because I am refused. Yet you have to be a Karen everywhere to actually get somewhere in life these days.

Wouldn't be surprised if someone burns down the place. Definitely won't step foot in there again hopefully the place shuts down. Needs to be

Be prepared for your post to go missing.

Every single envelope I have ever posted at West Croydon Post Office has gone missing - after placing each in the sack attached to the wall, as instructed (and which I was repeatedly informed works just like a post box).

These items never did arrive at the destinations that they were intended for (even small-sized birthday cards). In addition, no institution/body is wanting to take accountability for this, nor can offer me any explanation whatsoever as to where these items are.

You'll do well to avoid this store.

Meanwhile, when posting via other means, I have never, ever had an issue with post going missing (i.e. when I have sent post via street post boxes or other post office buildings, things have always gone smoothly in my experience).

As This boy sees which parcel it is, if these parcels are expensive, then he take it, I would say that it should go to the post office in Christmas he will be sitting ready to steal one off my friend he’s saw him in Brixton in selling goods , 😞 I am so sorry to those people who send parcels that post office in phone shop , West Croydon

It's not a big post office, more like a corner shop but you can get the essential post office related things; stamps, envelopes, stationery etc

I placed a parcel for collection
My order delivered there but the lady saying none on the parcel they received but in ROYAL MAIL TRACKING it says that delivered in west Croydon post office with post code CR02RE
I'm worried about my parcel
Any one pls revert me to clear this
