Leeland Road Post Office

This really is the friendliest and most efficient post office in the whole of Ealing. The staff know what they are doing and go about it in such a friendly way that it make it a pleasure to post a parcel. You are made to feel that nothing is too much trouble.

The family run business is one of the best I have seen. always provide a first class service. I am posting lots on line at the moment. so I am in there regular They no what I send how I send them and are kind and considerate always having time to listen.

Best post office experience you can get in London. I have used many, literally many post offices in London from Hampstead to Feltham and this is the best one. I cannot think of one that comes close. Knowledgeable, they know what I want, how I send , when I need a proof of posting , what stamps I get. Polite and friendly. Very efficient. Very pro. They should get an award for the best Post Office in London or something. Cannot praise them highly enough.

Staff are very rude, they need to get training or close the place. Honestly next time I will walked further down to get better service.

The counter staff here are always super helpful, knowledgeable and courteous. A great little post office.

The employees working here are super helpful. They helped me sending the Driving License application. Very patient and explained me in detail.

I have become a regualar at this post office over the last 12 months, primarily posting letters, parcels and on the odd occasion purchasing foreign currency.
They also are one of the few post offices that stock special themed postage stamps as opposed to just definitive stamps, always nice to see Royal Mail special stamps on mail. The family team here are probably the best in Ealing, if not this side of West London, very polite, knowledgeable and helpful, no wonder they are popular post office. Always a pleasure to visit this small post office.
