Walton Vale Post Office

Always under staffed, always has a huge queue and Covid makes things even worse because now they're closing at 1pm on weekdays and 12pm on weekends! Recently I'd have to get there 30 minutes early to queue up outside with 15 other people 😤

4 Counters available in there but 99% of the time there's only one staff member.

Awful didn't get served for 45 mins but only 3 in front of me? while this covid is here i would avoid at all costs

Was told royal mail prepaid label wasn't valid ? Then asked to leave the post office and phone the post office. Just the post office. No number or direction. Really incompetent.

Great postoffice lovely staff very efficient and kind go out of the way to help you would recommend people to visit this postoffice

Under new management the office opening time extended from 8.30 -5.30 min to fri and sat 9.00-2.00 which is fantastic excellent customer service and totally new refurbishment it’s a wow wow

Ignore previous reviews, some customers expect to be served within a minute of walking in!! Staff are great and always helpful.

Opening hours saying they close at 3PM, I arrived at 2:50 and I was told not to enter, that they are closing!!! DISGUSTING PLACE!!!! AVOID
