I was impressed to see they are open on a Sunday according to the card left at my home. Only to turn up and find they are closed on a Sunday. Also what is the point in being open until 2pm. I think it should be open until 7pm. This is the reason companies like DHL are winning all your business and Amazon choose to deliver their own packages as much as possible.

They are working from 7am to 2pm. Only on Wednesday's are open later not sure... Never delivered my parcel to the final destination, I had to go there to pick up my parcel...

Poor service. Staff not soo nice and kind. Always make issue about “something for you” card which one postman is never leaving because can’t be bother and they only sent email to pick up next day. Because nobody left me card I always have problems with them to give me my item...
As well opening time is not useful for most of the people working during this hours...

You guys get that sorted for me on nxt working day thx for that. But still 2pm as closing hour in my opinion is too early. Also lack of proper signs i end up in 10 min queue to post office cashier. They he told me where to go. And which white slide doors are the correct ones.

How thick does royal mail have to be. 7-9am is your opening hours do you expect people to take a day off work to collect a parcel. And then have one person serving?

Only giving one star because zero is not possible... what a horrible service and the working hours are the worst! Who is supposed to be able to pick up their packages between 7am and 2pm?! Change it, please!

They said they tried to delivery my parcel monday at 11 50 and by that time i was on the livingroom and heard nothing at all, i went myself to pick up my parcel from them tuesday. I get there by 10 05 and they where already closed. I don t know any other company who work with customers just 2 hours a day from 8 to 10 they just messing up with our time. Really upset and dissapointed
I'll try to avoid them as much i can!
P.s. just to let you knows on the paper i received the working time was 7 to14

I've never had any trouble collecting packages here. They are open until 8pm on Wednesdays and I always make sure I have some form of identification with me.

The location is now closed and all the people who complained will now have to go to an industrial estate in Greenford to pick up their parcels.
