Euston Food & Wine and Post Office

If I could I'd give zero stars for the worst customer service ever! No way to even compare it! The Asian worker has zero manners and is shockingly unhelpful. I had an issue with prepaid parcel asked him for help and he... has pretended that he didn't hear me! I was the only person in the shop!!! He just went back to eating his lunch and turned a deaf ear on whatever I was saying! I'm disgusted, this place should be closed because it brings the shame on Royal Mail despite it's own sins!

I will definitely take this matte further!

I don’t understand the negative reviews here. The guy who runs the place is professional and helpful. This is a convenience store in central London. You should expect to pay a premium for shipping supplies if you don’t have your own already. I bought no supplies here, so I can’t verify the “£3 envelope” mentioned by another reviewer. The bottom line for me is that I had fast service from a man who was helpful and professional.

Absolutely horrible experience. The guy with the beard is very rude and most unhelpful. I had sent a post for a foreign country, he asked why am I not sending first class and I said not important, that mail never reached the destination. Second time around I asked a few questions around tracking, he gave me most rude replies in front of 3 other customers I would never visit or recommend anyone visiting that place, wish there was a way to complaint to Royal mail about his behaviour.

I was running to catch the post office which closes at 5pm. Was there exactly at 4:50pm and the guy locked the door as soon as he saw me approaching the shop.
Such a rude behaviour. Will never ever visit again

In my experience, customer 'service' was bizarre/very poor. Talking to the beard man was like talking to a chicken. It's a dump but it might be useful if you have nowhere else to go.

I've never had any issues when sending parcels here and the owner gives fast and reliable service, can't really expect more from a post office.

I said I was going to send a letter from 2nd class, which was a special, and the price was as high as 10 times.Afterwards, he said that I didn’t listen to him, but he didn‘t listen to me.This caused a great harm to my psychology. I even cried directly, not similar words or similar prices. The price of 10 times had a great impact on my life. I didn‘t even have the meal for the day.

Horrible and rude service. The man pretended like he couldn't hear me and refused to give my parcel and made up a new rule on the spot that was not there before about collecting parcels. He sent it back to the sender without me knowing. Wouldn't recommend.
