Streatham Road Post Office

I'm a regular customer since many years and can not say a bad word about the service provided. I'm very happy with so skilled and professional personnel and in addition this Post Office is connected to Local Shop full of office products including envelopes, notepads, financial books like cash or invoice receipts. Photocopy service is available in there as well. Anything we need as Customers will be find in there. To be honest this is the best place in the area. A++ service

Very rude woman, refused to stamp my Certificate of Posting saying that they don't stamp them anymore and that because my parcel is Signed For she won't stamp it. Service there is the worst AVOID. BEWARE if you don't know the cost of sending they make you pay for the most expensive postage. All of the employee there are rude and unprofessional.

I’m regular at this post office, posting multiple times a week. They know me now so know how I like items sent. But I do agree with other reviews, if you don’t know how posting works, they will try to charge you the most expensive item.
One lady there is amazing, cannot fault her. However there’s a couple of others and an older man who do need a bit more training in my opinion. He has made mistakes on my proof of postage receipts before putting in the wrong postcode or something. But all in all, I haven’t had a bad experience there. They are sweet and always chat to my little one while she waits for me.

Garbage! The old lady with glasses behind the till is trash. I arrived early and waited patiently till the till was open, only then she decided to say the scanner needs to reboot and will take 10mins. I was fine with that, until she started scanning the third person who came in whilst she could see me waiting for her to say when it's ready. They also overcharge on any parcel. Try find another post office.

It's hard to give even one star, useless people, I wanted to send parcels for which I paid on royalmail, the woman informed me that she did not make money on it, and she would not accept them.

Please be weary of the clowns behind the counter who will always by default give you highest shipping cost. For example you can ask for a small parcel normal 2nd class delivery which is around £3-4. Instead, people behind the counter will just automatically say that’ll be £9 please. They will give you tracked signed for special delivery in all cases.

Clowns.

Always ask for the cheapest option and if you’re not sure check the cost online first.

"Please"!!! make sure the PO counter staff Understand you Clearly when you tell them the service you require... After requesting 2nd Class twice, I still managed to be billed for a 1st.. Not the first time this has happened...

Rude person behind shop counter, post office staff much improved. I will never use this place again even if it were the last place on earth!
