Tangier Road Post Office

Always using the excuse that the systems are down when understaffed or due to be working extended hours at the Coop store.
Be prepared that you might be wasting your time travelling to this branch to be faced with their excuses time after time.

Be prepared to be turned away and have your time wasted if you go anytime after 15:00. Expect excuses such as they've closed before whatever time you turn up, or the "system is down" - even though it's stated 17:00 is the time it should be closed. Had this happen to me more than once so won't be using this post office again.

Never open on time hardly ever staffed enough always queues of people regardless of being early or dead on opening time. Staff can be rude and miserable.

Always hit and miss on opening.
15 people deep queues at times. Some of the staff can be rude and abrupt.

Says closes at 5 on website, went in just after 4.30 and was told they close at 4.30 waste of time they said do not believe what is on website!! Think they make their own mind up when to close .

Located Inside the cooperative shopping centre.and with that we can buy some groceries as well..

This is now the 4th time I have gone before closing hours to only be told sorry we’re closed. When reminded that they close at 5 (this was at 4.40) to then be told oh we don’t have enough staff (there were 5 on shift). Either close it down completely or staff it properly. Every sector is suffering but this is beyond a joke.

Super rude lady on the phone, kept refusing my phone call. Saying she was the only person on shift which I understand isn’t her fault unless she is a manager. Get more staff and also better customer service
