Cassiobury Park Sub Post Office

It's a weird place. The manager's very nice and so are some of the staff. But there's one really rude guy there and one of the women is a bit offhand. Both tills were down last week and there was a huge queue.

It is so annoying that they close at the most peak time for lunch, your a post office why are you closing for lunch and then being rude about it. I’ve never heard such rubbish, at a time like this when we need a post office within the community.

Today i went to post office and the staff was missing for more then 35 minutes even it was a message with “back in 30 min” (breaktime) . And another staff (hindi woman) was not able to help me because I’d not in charge!! Worst post office ..I don’t recommend!!!

very weak impudent post office. they treat you like nobody and in the end they refuse to serve you because you make them upset. complete joke this mail!

Customer service is really bad. Had to wait 40mins for the post office position to open

Don't bother, it's closed. Google and the official Post office website both claim it's open, yet I spent over an hour getting there to find it barricaded off with fencing and the shutters down. A complete waste of time.

I agree that this Post Office is not well managed and I avoid it but perhaps complainants should question how much, (i.e.little) , the staff are being paid to undergo the marked offhandedness and condescension of many of its patrons

No set timing for opening / closing. It’s up to their whims on when they feel like opening the PO. Waited for more than 30 min today. At first, staff mentioned that it will open by 9 AM. When I asked again at 9:05 AM, they mentioned that it will take 10-15 more min because staff has to do lots of task before opening the PO.

Absolute shambles.
