Staff easy to deal with, they offer first the fastest and most expensive service, if you want the cheapest and most safe service, they will find it as well. They are quick, know what they are doing.

Can be busy at times. Staff always helpful and polite. An asset to our community

Declined to send Click and Drop packages several times. Referring to the fact that it can only be done at Royal Mail.
I had to go to a nearby Post Office where I gave up my packages without any problem.

Absolutely untrained employees and don't give a receipt.

They haven’t caused major issues, but their attitude is a bit short making the interaction unpleasant. No “thank you”s and “please”s, let alone asking reasonable questions. I go because I have to.

Not sure if this even deserves two stars. The post office needs to move with the times and have a self service area ( yes it’s small branch) so you don’t have to interact with the workers there. It’s the men not woman!! Their attitude of being above everybody else is the reason I like to print my own QR codes from the machines they have available in other post offices and not deal with this kind of hostile behaviour from staff members. I know what I’m doing when I’m in a post office, please don’t undermine me and fire all these questions without waiting for a response - it’s you that doesn’t have the technology for me to do my part on the self service machines so I don’t have to be of any bother to you! If you don’t like serving the public then don’t do this job or are you selective on whom you behave like this with … if you catch my drift! The guy behind seemed to be treated fairly well …. To be honest I’ve never been treated like this and I have visited a lot of post offices … I’ll save my trip for a larger branch

No one pick the phones in that place , try to help a neighbor lady that she can't walk , when u go then was not very polite answer back .

Just trying to help here but again ... Pick up that phone people and be positive smile .
