old Indian man, mega stupid, mega rude. Doesn't know how to work. To send 1 parcel took me 25 minutes. He was calling someone to ask how to do it. Waste it time. DON'T USE THIS POST OFFICE.

2 men working today. 1 on post office, 1 on shop. The post office man is serving a woman on my arrival and half way through decides to serve the man who just pushed infront of me. He goes back to serving the woman and half way through stops again to serve this same man some cigarettes. So not only has this woman been waiting god knows how long, by this point I have been there 10 minutes whilst this man does absolutely nothing but faff around. Serve one customer at a time, stick to one queue, when the shop queue appears, bloody call your colleague - its a small shop!!!

I ended up walking out by the pure disrespect, lack of efficiency and customer service. I am now running late for work and still have my parcels with me, not impressed. Zero stars if I could.

Avoid! Rude staff who would try to scam you. A couple of times they did not give me the receipt when sending a small parcel only to give it to me reluctantly when asked. No manners, tricky people.

Extremely Rude Staff especially the old man at the post office. Returned some items. He didn't give me a receipt for one of them. Came back to query it and he lied he gave it to me and that there was no way of checking the system to confirm a receipt was issued. He was extremely Rude about it and even raising his voice at me. Now I cannot get a refund for the item because the receipent does not have it. This cost me a lot of money and Karma will deal with you twice as much!!. Do not use this service. They are scams

The asian man at the post office desk was so rude and shouted at me because I didn’t let him to hold my phone to scan a return. There’s COVID and MONKEYPOX. No need to hold it when I can. No customer service and racist. DO NOT COME HERE.

Slowest, most untidy and frustrating Post Office experience I’ve ever experienced

So rude and slow! Wanted to hold my phone to scan a QR code and got annoyed when I refused to hand him the phone. In the end said he should refuse to touch my parcel as well as I didn’t let him hold my phone. Avoid this place.
