Nice friendly staff

A very difficult person works here. Woe betide you if you're served by them!

Awful experience with 'very difficult member of staff'. I will refuse to be served by her in the future.

Would have given zero stars if we could.
When you're left with a 'something for you card' don't even bother rearranging a redelivery because it doesn't happen! This mail was important to us and I thought the whole purpose of Royal Mail was to deliver?
Finally rang Yonder Street, to be told, yes it's here. So we went to collect as we knew rearranging another delivery would also be ignored.
When asked what happened then? Was told, "you probably need to ring otherwise it just sits there!!"
Just a heads up, it'll take several calls before the phone is actually answered.
If we could have collected this from another Post Office, Glen and his team at West Hill, would be my first choice everytime. Not forgetting our postie Al is first class too but we still miss our Rik❤️

Not happy with the P O as website shows it is open till 10.00pm. Twice I visited and the staff were shelf filling and said " it is closed and we are not trained" !

The post office is NOT open until 10pm as per website suggests.

Had TWO wasted journeys in 2 days.

Probably the best PO.we have been to,very helpfull and all with a smile

Cramped, huge queues, unhelpful staff.
