Went in today to redirect our mail as we are moving house. The man who served us was rude to us from the off, probably the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Redirection service seems to be quite complicated so we were asking for advice but kept getting shouted at. He then proceeded to talk rudely about us to other members of staff while we stood there. I have seen the same person arguing with two other customers in the last couple of weeks and being extremely rude to them. Maybe the customer care training courses have been cancelled due to COVID.

It is probably fine to go here if you just need to send a letter or parcel but if you are doing anything where you need someone to be vaguely helpful then I would suggest going elsewhere unless you want to be shouted at and feel upset for the rest of the day.

This is the best post office in London. I have never received better service from any post office in the U.K. the staff here is very polite. I went in around Christmas to post many items. And there was a huge queue of people. Around 40 people in the queue. They had 5 to 6 members of staff working and they were working at such a fast speed. I was so happy with the service received. I asked the name of the employees.
The name was Faizan and Faisal. They are doing a great job.
The manager takes his job very seriously. And has done a great job. The manager name was ZAHEER I would highly recommend this post office to all people in and around Leyton. Leytonstone. And Walthamstow. You will get a very good service.

Today at 17:55. (21st December 2020)
I went after waiting for 20min in the queue to enquire about my parcel and international letter.
The staff who was woman with gray scarf was extremely rude to me. I understand they were really busy and all.

She should be fired because of this behaviour. She should understand someone doesn't know the system. Rushed me and insulted me in front of everyone. I was supposed to buy strawberry mojito but left because she made me feel extremely bad.

!! those who often turn to this department probably noticed that the employees of this mail often make mistakes for which they have to pay several times and they don’t admit their mistakes, but cover each other, it looks like a criminal gang. or to a corrupt department, it’s like a separate entity from this country. when confronted with some kind of issue these will not help will not consult and you lose your money. I would personally disperse this mess of the bureaucracy and monitor it so that executives could no longer get into any leadership positions in this country. With this service, you can see that you are not in the UK, but in some poor, criminal country where no one is helpless, he cannot protect itself and defend its interests.

Service with a smile and uplifted spirit. Can get busy, therefore go early to miss the rush. While awaiting to be served you can browse the stocked shelves with little bargains for the home and the children. Best local store if you are in a hurry and do not wish to jump on a bus or walk, (for the exercise) into town, (Walthamstow Market). Lived in this area for 30 years plus and all you require is upon your doorstep...Check it out for yourself and enjoy or appreciate what we have taken for granted; For other places or countries do not have it this good.

Generally, it is working as it needs. There are a few really kind and helpful staffs. ... but unfortunately there is stuff who told me “You can blame the Royal Mail because of your lost parcel.” ... and he even has not thought, I can blame him as well, because there is no prove where is my parcel and what happened with it after it was accepted at the post office or what kind of damage can be made with that type of attitude. ... and the best of the story I did not even heard “We are really sorry for it.” ... or any suggestions how this situation can be solved. ... and the other staff who were spending mor time talking about how things could not be done and finally blaming me because of the long line behind me.
... so prepare yourself if you enter that door.

Friendliest and most helpful from all the post offices in London. Always going above and beyond. Competent and knowledgeable and able to deal with issues swiftly. Faisal, Imran and the rest of the guys are gems!
