Great Greenford Post Office

Local post office. On the whole, friendly reliable and prompt service!

Yet another frustrating visit to this post office and I have vowed not to return. The male employee is frequently unhelpful and sarcastic and does not seem to understand how to offer good customer service or even just to answer a simple question clearly. This time I ordered and paid for foreign currency to be delivered to the branch. It was not available when I arrived and after several lengthy phone calls to customer services it seems Post Office policy is for the currency to be taken from the branches stock and not delivered to the branch or even kept aside. The staff at Greenford had not informed head office they did not have any stocks of foreign currency despite receiving my order. There was no post office near to me that had the currency in stock so I asked for a refund and went elsewhere. It took over five days for the Post Office to refund me despite me being told it would be 24-48 hours. Two weeks later I have still not received the £20 I was offered as compensation for their mistake and I have given up chasing.

0 stars. I went there one time on Monday and it was the last time ever. Worst male employee. Hire people who know what respect is. I will tell all my friends from Greenford to avoid this place at all costs. If that man does not want to work with people, please tell him to find another job as there are a lot of humans who want to do customer service. Yelling for no reason, rolling the eyes and more. AVOID.

Worst post office ever. None of the services work i.e the self service posting and there is no quick easy posting boxes inside the actual post office but tons of empty shelves. The staff are abhorrently rude and arrogant. Every time i try to post something here is does not meet the ‘specifications’ although it does and will work at other post offices.

Never been to a worse post office ever. Employees are rude and lazy, especially that older woman that works there, I’ve been there 3 times and not a single time it was good, They said I need a barcode for document verification which I know I clearly dont but they wouldnt take it, so I went straight to the ealing post office where they accepted it with no problems without needing no barcodes. Honestly most useless post office full of workers with attitude and being lazy.

Useless post office
Been there for multiple time as there is no other post office nearby. The worst post office I’ve ever been. The man don’t even have the manners to speak with customers.
They never really try to solve the problem or help the customers. Instead they drag the customers into the problem.

Like every other post office in terms of services offered but it looks luje it is in a purpetual state of disarray. Staff were friendly.

They stolen my Christmas presents that I wanted to send my friends to Germany and Ukraine! How I understood this? All 11 people who were waiting for parcels with presents from me they didn't got them. And one Christmas card has been sent me today in an envelope with not my handwriting!!! Are you kidding? So they opened my parcels, took the presents and throw away the Christmas cards , just one card they sent me back because there I wrote wishes to my best friend who is pregnant! The man who works in that post office just smiles he didn't help at all!
