Cotmandene Post Office

Absolutely useless at their job twice I've asked for a quote of the cost of sending a parcel so I could let my clients know , and twice when I come to actually post it (after being paid by clients)
The actual cost has gone up because the counter staff have given me the wrong price to start with ,

Post office and your foods shopping in one roof , parking outside shop for free.

I have popped in to the post office exactly at 5:30pm tonight but blinds were shut. I saw a lady inside an asked her what time they close and she told me ‘is closed’. When I have mentioned that online shows the closing time is 8pm. she explains that I can wait 30 minutes for other till to open.
Could you please update your work hours online or if they are correct, please train your staff for quality customer service.
I understand that is not easy time for everyone but to keep smiling even under the masks will safe our humanity.

Post office website states opening hours are till 20:00. Went there 19:10 and waited patiently while one guy was serving people, most of them buying cans of beers on Monday night. After 10 minutes I was approached by a lady asking can I help since I was standing there on my own. Stated I want to send a parcel, she said we are shut. I said post office website says you open till 20:00. I know she said, but they have not updated the hours online. They? Who is they? I am in a post office.

Friendly staff, regular extended postal service hours, reasonable prices in store, fairly quiet, rarely a long queue because staffing levels are correct.

Love this place. Has everything you need and good staff.

Printing facility advertised in the shop but does not work for anyone simply because the staff themselves don't know how to operate it or connect it to a network. Staff ignored my QR code because it was in the format of a printable sheet and was forced to travel to a different post office to get it scanned and post my parcel in under 2 minutes.
