Kimmeridge Road Post Office

Rude! Avoid the man behind the post office counter, very rude, lied about postage sizes, speaking native language while serving me and worse still answering mobile phone during service. I will be driving further to Court Rd or Chiselhurst post office.

Lady behind the till was very helpful and friendly.

Awful service. Arrogant and lazy attitude, arguing about accepting letters and parcels every time, even if it is in written in black and white. If he does not enjoy the job, do something else, let others provide a good community service.

If I could give it less then 1 star I would, the man in the post office part is so rude it’s unbelievable, he lets the community down with his attitude, completely unhelpful and clearly not fit for the role something needs to be done because A lot of people now feel they can’t use there local post office because of this man and that is unacceptable

The man who operates the post office is extremely rude and has an attitude problem. Today is the last time I will enter that shop. There is another post office on Court Road where the family are helpful and polite; which is a total contrast to this poor excuse for a business.
After waiting nearly 15 minutes for him to return to the shop, I had to approach him, and request to post my item. He then had a stink attitude that I should turn the box so he can scan it, fair enough. However without even weighing my item, announces I can't post it because its probably heavier than allowed for the label attached. I've told him the contents is light and it's the same as was sent. He had some other rude remarks which caused me to put him straight. He comes across as a bigot, they deserve zero stars.
The post office on Court Road accepting the same parcel no issues, so what is his problem

Both rude and accused a 3 year old of stealing when he hadn't touched a thing. The post office guy is always looking at his phone and doesn't know the correct post prices and it always seems you are putting them out if you use the shop. Go to the mound much more helpful and are happy to have your business.

Couldn’t give zero stars. The man is sooo rude, my parcel has been delivered there twice and he’s still saying he hasn’t got it, even though royal mails gps is telling them it’s there!!!!!!!

It's a post office what do u expect it to be the Tate modern?
