Westmoreland Road Post Office

If I could give no stars I would. The woman serving in the Post Office is VERY RUDE and will do her best to get more money out of you for your parcels. Are not willing to help and if you take in a parcel already paid for on the royal mail website (click n drop) then they refuse to take it as they make no money from it! there is a better post office in bromley town centre (Smiths) or in Letchworth Drive. Do not use this post office. They need to take on board all of these reviews and change their staff.

Used this post office at least 10 times. Never had problems.
Yes, they did ask to wait outside during the pandemic, but it's reasonable considering workers are in risk group for COVID.

I'm so relieved to see many negative reviews regarding the customer service of this establishmet. My experience wasn't different from those at all: having to deal with the lady from the counter full of attitude and arrogance. The customers are not obliged to know all Royal Mail processes and it would be helpful if she could explain it instead of losing her temper and making sarcastic comments. I'm glad I have many other Post Office options to go to and I'm sorry for those who depend exclusively on this shop for their transactions. Avoid it if you can!

Been using this family-run post office for years - the staff are helpful and friendly.

As for these other reviews, I've only ever seen entitled customers being impatient or thinking that they know better than staff!

Rude and discourteous! This is the worst post office I have ever used. Every time I have had the misfortune to use this post office service, the staff are appallingly rude and unhelpful. They have zero customer service skills and seem to enjoy arguing and causing issues with customers. They are lucky the business is a service something people require or they would be out of business - deservedly so. Avoid at all costs!!!

Staff are so rude. After queueing for 5-minutes I was told that I had to wait outside as only two people allowed in the queue unless they are buying from the shop. No notice on the door but they assumed I should have known this!

If they are doing this for Covid reasons that makes sense but they are allowing commercialism to continue if spending within shop so this can’t be the reason.

Shame really as such a lovely local bunch of shop owners apart from these guys. I will be using the Post Office by the Chinese Garage in future as no need for rudeness!

It’s minus 1 outside and you have to stand outside as no more than 2 allowed in the line. No notice on the door just an aggressive server behind the counter telling you to get out and wait despite the fact there is plenty of room inside to que with social distancing .
When I finally did get inside the shop in the time I waited for my stamps the male server had arguments with no less than 3 customers!
Do not put yourself thru this awful experience go to a post office that actually wants to serve you !

Used this post office for the first time. Worst ever post office, worst ever service!
Arrogant staff, who think they know best. If I was an inspector of post offices, I would put this one on special measures and retrain the work force. Customers deserve better than this!
