South Norwood Post Office

Don't follow the online opening/closing times. They close the post office when they want how they want, really awful postage service.
Been ringing on the phone for at least 5 minutes continuously ringing no one pickes up.
Extremely awful, don't waste time just go Portland Road one

The worst run post office I've ever used. Visited several times when it was supposed to be open but found it was shut because staff were working in the main shop. Terribly slow and real bad customer service when challanged.
Save time and use the Portland Road PO

Always very helpful. I couldn’t disagree with the comment below enough , I have found the English lady to be extremely helpful and friendly , the Asian guy is the same, Recomended .

Knowledgeable, courteous, friendly staff. Queue was well-managed and I did not have to wait for very long.

Truly awful service.They are never open when it says the should be online.Supposedly open to 8pm but closed at 4pm contradicting what it says online.This has gone for years.Not fit for purpose.They never follow your instructions and just fob you off.

No queue, very friendly and helpful man behind the counter , even gave tips on how to save on postage. Definitely will be going here for all my future postings , as the rest of the post offices in East Croydon area are quite apauling
