Olympia Post Office.

I have been going here for the past two years and have always had pleasure of having one wonderful lady that I dealt with. Today the staff by name of Chaye was completely and totally improfessional and extremely rude, I left absolutely horrified! Made an official complaint on her to Post Office.

Staff were extremely rude. I got a note that my parcel is there for collection in the morning, I went in and they did not even try to help me just directed me to an other depot. I went to the other depot where obviously my parcel could not been found. Later I received an other message that my parcel is the Olympia Post Office. I would not be able to collect any other following days as I would travel away so I was running to the shop just before closing, but again they were nearly laughing at me, refused to help and casually closed the shop. I was standing in the middle just could not believe how rude they been, they closed the light and nearly laughed at my face waiting several minutes watching how I turn into tears meanwhile they could just help me. I am an adult but I stud outside and cried for like 15 minutes lousing all my hope in humanity. I tried to collect the same package 4 times and got no help just humiliating attitude.

It's no coincidence that so many of us report our parcels going missing. They're actively stealing them. I know of a lady who worked there who left as she couldn't abide it.

I was returning some wedding clothes, and served by a middle aged East Asian lady who pretended to put the returns sticker on my package. I noticed and asked her to put it on my package and she said she had.

Lo and behold, that returns package full of dresses went missing. They tried to blame it on the Royal Mail delivery office, but when I went there RM said they frequently "lost" parcels and tried to blame it on them.

I genuinely feel like they need to be investigated as the theft is not on. Luckily I got refunded by the company directly, but if not I would have been livid.

Be very careful! It's a shame as had been using them for years without incident, but this last time was enough to put me off for life.

Regarding your joke of a follow-up message: What would I stand to gain from pretending that you stole my parcel? I have a busy full-time job, I don't just have time to go on visits to thieving post offices, if you were that serious about helping me, you would have assisted me properly on one of the two visits I already made to the shop after the issue first came to light. Instead you dismissed me completely.

There are numerous accounts from other customers saying the same thing as me, so you should consider that the issue is you and your staff, not the customers. You should be shut down.

Today around 1PM , I went there to top up my electricity, and Iraki manager refused my request and told me because of my background ,he is not able to help , we had some arguments and he was lucky that another staff apologised instead of him otherwise he could go to court for discrimination.

Unfortunately post put some useless, racist people in charge of this branch instead of using professional people.

Incredibly helpful and kind staff! Always very efficient and polite which makes dropping off my parcels a quick and easy task!

The customer service here is extremely perplexing. Some staffs are quite nice, with all the thank you and how you are doing added. Some others are just down right rude, giving you no explanation on how things work right before they give you a condescending tone. If you are just doing a normal procedure, like posting a package, everything is efficient and fast, you will be quite satisfied. But, and this is a big but, if there is anything that pops up as a problem that you need solving, don't even bother asking, you would get zero information, given short sentences, glares and left there majorly confused.

Hello ! How can i get in touch with you ? Do you have any phone number or anything else , like an email ? I have a very important document showing scanned at your Post Office on the 9/12/2022 ( Friday ) but never arrived to my address. It's a special delivery guaranteed before 1 oclock next day ( one of those silver envelopes ) . I have the tracking number, i have print screen on my phone showing the document at your location but i cannot post them here that's why i need a phone number from you or an email please. lazy staff, lied trying to claim my collection wasnt there, had to wait 20 mins on hold for royal mail to say its there and they confirmed via gps, lady was just being lazy because i came 15 mins before close and told me its not there before they even took my full tracking number, also tried to claim the post office was closed as i walked in despite it being 17:10

EDIT: reply to this by the owner tells you all you need to know about how this branch is managed. telling me to ‘better organise’ myself even though i was there 20 mins before close, just deflecting issues instead of recognising them and resolving them. also, staff could have said sorry due to strikes we are closing early they didnt need to lie to me about my parcel not being there. terrible service by owner as well, basically telling every bad reviewer that they are lying, so it is up to you to whether to believe this one bad owner or the near 100 reviews with a terrible average rating
