Bushey Heath Post Office

Could be more welcoming. I appreciate that it is not the most exciting job in the world but a less grumpy and more pleasant demeanour would go a long way. That said, grateful to have the service available locally.

They are always so slow and never look how many people in a queue to open up another counter. Customer service is zero!

Disappointing that the Post Office was shut at 5.30pm when advertised as being open to 8pm. Infuriating that when asking a staff member I was met with the response “5.30” and a shrug of his shoulders….bear in mind the time was 5.35pm

It’s been 15 times I needed to use this post office and every single time IT WAS CLOSED! I always went between 3pm to 6pm, it’s never open although it says it’s open from 8am to 8pm Monday to Saturday. I have a package to collect and been there 3 days in a row never open, nobody to give it to me and it will be sent back and I will lose the money and the package. I wonder what’s royal mail gonna do about this, paying people for this job and they’re never there. AWFUL!

I am surprised at the other reviews. Over the last 5 years this is one of the most helpful post offices I have ever visited

the opening time is not correct shows 20:00 o'clock but actually closed 17:30
