Hyson Green Post Office

I been to the post office lady at the counter said Monday photo machine will be up and running went again same answer it will be ok next week and after 2 weeks of struggle it's still not working...

Very friendly staff, however the post office itself is lacking in staff quantity as it requires a less waiting time.

The staff in this place are extremely RUDE((ESPECIALLY THE UN-KNOWLEDGEABLE YOUNG GIRL WHO SERVED ME,,8TH FEB 2022)) I went for a digital passport renewal and was told by this place that my passport which expired in 2007 is too old to renew digitally so i have rang the PASSPORT office when i got home and they informed me that this post office is giving out the COMPLETELY WRONG information because according to the passport office(there is no limit) you can renew any passport (NO MATTER HOW OLD IT IS..) as long as you have the old one with you,an email address and a phone number,,,SO GET YOUR FACTS RIGHT HYSON GREEN POST OFFICE OR AT LEAST GET SOME STAFF WHO KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING BECAUSE AT THE MOMENT THEY ARE TURNING AWAY CUSTOMERS PURELY BECAUSE OF THEIR LACK OF KNOWLEDGE,,,,AVOID THIS PLACE IF AT ALL POSSIBLE BECAUSE I WOULD OF GIVEN IT 0 STARS IF GOOGLE ALLOWED IT...

Their employees have no respect for the customer at all. I'm really sorry that the post office has such staff

Always very busy, often with a queue, but staff is very efficient and helpful.

Closing time is 5:30, I reached here 5:20 but it’s closed

Amazing staff but very lazy management. Suffers from inattentive management attitude, an obvious lack of basic maintenance, and total lack of investment.
