Goring-by-Sea Post Office

Extremely helpful and friendly staff. I was helped to conclude a fiddly transaction once when I could have been told to come back the next day as it was closing time! I have been impressed by the quality and efficiency of the service offered by each and every person working there! Thumbs up!

Just went to pick my parcel up and they said they didn’t have it when it said on the tracking order that it’s at the post office. I asked the guy to double check which he refused then started pulling other peoples parcels out and saying is that your name “no” and then said if your name isn’t there please go away. Really really rude man behind the counter.

Nearly always understaffed. Two counters but only one in use. Pleasant enough staff but always trying to upsell you.

I needed the passport service to get my passport renewed. They were friendly, professional and efficient (with a nice calm manner)

The lady that works there is very rude, I asked for help on sending a letter and she became very rude, I’m now travelling to the second nearest post office

Not sure why there are all these negative comments on here, I've only ever experienced politeness and helpfulness here, I'm thinking the people who have left the negative comments are the rude ones n possiblyslightly racist 2!
